Revenue Dashboard


Access: Admin only


A financial overview of your business:


  • Monthly invoiced revenue — 12-month trend chart
  • Outstanding invoices — Count and value by status (Draft, Open, Sent, Overdue)
  • Payment trends — Paid vs outstanding by month for the last 6 months
  • Top 5 clients — Ranked by invoiced revenue


Invoice Aging Report


Access: Admin only


Outstanding invoices grouped by how long they have been unpaid:

Ticket Volume Report


Access: Admin and Dispatcher


Operational overview of ticket activity:


  • Total tickets in the period
  • Average days to completion
  • Counts by status and priority
  • Monthly volume trend chart


Technician Performance Report


Access: Admin (full) and Dispatcher (operational only)


Performance metrics per technician:


  • Tickets completed
  • Average days to completion
  • Parts recorded


Admins also see invoiced revenue per technician. Dispatchers see operational metrics only.
